Recommendations of the German Association for Public and Private Welfare on Cohesion and Structural Policy in the Next EU Multiannual Financial Framework

One of the first major challenges of the new European legislature is the preparation and negotiation of the next Multiannual Financial Framework (MFF) for the funding period from 2028. All EU funding programmes are regulated and financed through the MFF, including funding for agriculture under the Common Agricultural Policy (CAP), the Horizon Europe research programme and structural funding, including the European Social Fund Plus (ESF+).
